• 30mm removable cordierite stone floor

  Delivers consistent, high-temperature floor performance with excellent heat retention - and can be removed or replaced without tools for easy maintenance and long-term use.

• Ceramic coating over aluminized steel

  A tough ceramic coating over aluminized steel resists corrosion and wear, while 304 stainless steel burners and internals deliver lasting performance, bake after bake.

• Built-in digital console

  Digital controls, easy-to-read air and floor temperatures, cook timer, and meat probes monitor internal temp across two cuts at once. Embedded sensors track both floor and air temperature for complete cooking awareness via the digital dock.

• Rolling lateral flame

  A precision-engineered flame path curves around the oven for even heat distribution and optimal coverage.

• Incremental low-to-high flame adjustment

  The gas system offers incremental low-to-high flame adjustment, while the optional Wood-Fire Control Kit delivers airflow precision and boost-on-demand power.
