At The BBQ King, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking setup. If your grill or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and packaging, including all manuals and hardware, to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
