With the Ooni Optional GAS Burner you can  quickly and easily convert your Ooni Karu 16 to gas oven. Its so simple just attach the burner to the back of the oven to convert to gas power, and you’ll be ready for some low-maintenance cooking.

Cooking with the gas attachment is great for when you are in hurry or just wanting to cook at lower temps and more control over temperature.
